Does 399Apps integrate with Shiprocket?

Yes. Connect your own Shiprocket account once in Settings → Shipping, then press Book pickup on any Nidhi Inventory shipment. Shiprocket assigns the courier and AWB, books the pickup and returns a shipping label to print; the courier name and AWB are saved on the shipment. How it works
The account owner connects Shiprocket once in Settings → Shipping. Shiprocket asks for a separate API user (Settings → API in your Shiprocket panel, with an email different from your normal login) and the nickname of the pickup address the courier should collect from. The password is stored encrypted, and Verify connection signs in to Shiprocket to confirm the details before you rely on them.
After that, every pending shipment in Nidhi Inventory that is linked to an invoice shows a Ship with Shiprocket card. Weight and box size are filled in from the packages on the shipment, you choose Prepaid or Cash on delivery, and Book pickup does the rest: the order is created on Shiprocket from the invoice, Shiprocket picks a courier and issues the AWB, the pickup is booked and the label comes back as a Print shipping label link.
If a step fails halfway, for example no courier serves that pincode, pressing Book pickup again carries on from where it stopped instead of creating a second Shiprocket order.
Your Shiprocket account, your rates
399Apps does not resell shipping. Bookings go through your own Shiprocket account, so freight comes out of your Shiprocket wallet at whatever rates you have there, and 399Apps never touches that money. Disconnecting removes the saved details; shipments already booked stay as they are.
Nidhi Inventory is ₹399/month with unlimited users, and shipments, invoices and stock sit on the same data, so the shipment you book is the same one your stock and GST invoice already know about. Pair it with Nidhi Books (₹798/month for both) for the accounting side.
What it does not do yet
Delivery status does not update automatically from Shiprocket yet; track the AWB in Shiprocket or on the courier’s site. Cancelling a booked shipment is also done in the Shiprocket panel. Shiprocket chooses the courier; there is no rate comparison inside 399Apps.
Shiprocket is the only shipping aggregator connected today. If you ship through Delhivery, Shipway or another aggregator directly, you would still enter the courier and AWB on the shipment by hand.
