Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel a 399apps subscription or licence and request a refund. It applies to all purchases made through 399apps.com and our authorised payment partners (including Razorpay and Cashfree). All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Cloud subscriptions

399apps cloud plans are billed in INR — ₹399/month for your first app and ₹99/month for each additional app or add-on (annual billing available on request). All prices exclude GST, which is added where applicable.

  • 30-day refund window. New cloud subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed thereafter.
  • Renewals. Recurring charges renew automatically. If you cancel before a renewal date, you will not be charged for the next period. A renewal charge can be refunded if you cancel within 7 days of that renewal and have not made significant use of the service in the new period.

Self-hosted & enterprise licences

Self-hosted and enterprise deployments are licensed under a custom quote. Self-host licences are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not deployed the software to a production environment. Custom development, onboarding, and professional services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Non-refundable items

  • Charges older than the applicable refund window above.
  • One-time setup, migration, training, or professional-services fees once delivered.
  • Applicable taxes and payment-gateway charges, where non-recoverable.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with your order or invoice reference and the reason for the request. We respond to every refund request within 3 business days.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via the original payment gateway (Razorpay or Cashfree). Once approved, refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days, though the exact time depends on your bank or card issuer.
