New- Tasks A new Tasks app: assign and track work on a Board, Table or Calendar, with checklists, repeats, reminders and links to customers or invoices.
- Collections A new Collections app chases unpaid invoices with reminders on WhatsApp, SMS and email in your customer's language, plus an optional late fee.
- Collections Callers get a queue and a case page to log calls, outcomes and payment promises; reports show collected against due, ageing and caller work.
- Everywhere Make someone admin of just one app or read-only in another; they can invite and manage people only within the apps they look after.
Improved- Storage The floor is now one page with Board, Table and Calendar views, check-in and check-out in a pop-up, a customer page and message settings.
- Everywhere Sign in with a single box that takes either your mobile number or your email.
- Sales+ Save your own filters and star a default, keep lost reasons as an editable list, and a new-lead alert now opens that lead directly.
- Nidhi Books Leave chosen invoice lines out of the whole-invoice discount, and customer search now finds names even with small spelling slips.
- Invoices Customer statements open on this month, let you show 25 to 500 rows a page, and keep your ticked invoices as you move between pages.
Fixed- Nidhi Forms Forms now check that phone numbers have 10 digits, emails are valid and PIN codes have 6 digits.

- Nidhi Staff Employees can open My Pay to see their own payslips and leave.
- Nidhi Signage Split a screen into areas, show web pages, YouTube and PDFs, a scrolling text strip, a live price board from your items, and playlists by time of day.
- Nidhi Books Turn on bank transfer so each customer gets their own account number on the payment page; money they send is recorded against their open invoices.
- Everywhere Pick your date format once; documents, reports, mail and sheets follow it. Future dates are refused and day-month mix-ups in sheets are flagged.
- Invoices A new Invoices app: a work queue with a detail pane, customer statements, a bulk sheet, quick search with keyboard shortcuts, and a phone layout.
- Announcements Send quiet or loud announcements to your team; replies and announcements can carry documents that open in a preview.
Improved- Nidhi Signage Group screens to change many at once, see which are online with an alert when one goes dark, take a snapshot or restart a player, and view play reports.
- Invoice Desk Raise invoice opens a drawer with one-time and recurring lines, a searchable item picker and GST on every line; log notes, calls and follow-ups.
Fixed- Nidhi Books Saving an edited invoice no longer removes its attachments or details the form doesn't show, and Excel report downloads keep proper dates.

New- Nidhi Inventory Connect your own courier account, then book a pickup from a shipment: pick the courier and date, print the label, track it, reschedule or cancel.
- Nidhi Books Connect a second online payment provider, share a payment link for an invoice's balance, and have those payments recorded automatically.
- Sales+ Collect an advance by payment link or record cash or UPI taken in hand; marking a lead Won accepts its quotation and readies it for invoicing.
- Storage A Moving-in list with call outcomes and call-ahead reminders, extras quoted at move-in, and one shared pick-up list across locations.
- Android app The app now sends push notifications, including move-in reminders, and the app switcher sits on the top bar.
Improved- Sales+ Quick quotes add per-item or whole-bill discounts, GST % and final price columns, a GSTIN lookup, and the bill projected for each plan.
- Sales+ Drag follow-ups across a calendar, use the new Table view and Inbox, sort leads, and attach documents to lead notes.
- Nidhi Books Tick invoices on a customer statement to download them as a zip, choose its columns, and tag payments with a location.
- Everywhere Invite a team member as Admin, Member or Read-only and choose exactly which apps they get; pin up to five apps to the top of the switcher.
Fixed- Nidhi Books Saving an edited invoice that has an attachment works again, and GSTR-1 downloads now respect the month you pick.
