For timber, plywood & building-material importers

Know exactly what is in every warehouse. To three decimals.

Stock per site, a barcode on every bundle, GST in India and 5% VAT in the UAE. One system, everyone logged in.

One month free, on your own stock. Nothing payable until it ends.

No cap warehouses, users or SKUs
0.001 smallest quantity — 12.500 cbm
Code128 A4 sheets or 50×30 mm stickers
IN + AE GST and 5% UAE VAT, one login
The problem

Most stock software was written for one shop

One pooled number

The system says 40,000 cbm. Nothing says Chennai ran dry on Tuesday.

Friday's spreadsheet

Each yard mails its own file. The numbers are a week old.

Storemen without logins

Per-seat pricing decides who gets an account. Stock gets updated second-hand.

What it does

Built for stock in more than one place

All of it works today. Nothing is a roadmap item.

Stock lives per site

Mumbai is Mumbai, Mundra is Mundra. No blended number hiding a shortage behind surplus.

Transfers keep a trail

Out of one site, into the other, same quantity, same moment. Never more than the source holds.

Barcode every bundle

Vector Code128 — sharp on an A4 sheet or a 50×30 mm sticker. Camera or USB scanner.

Three decimals, everywhere

12.500 cbm stays 12.500 cbm — stock, purchase order, invoice. Never rounded up to 13.

Every site bills correctly

Each warehouse has its own state code and GSTIN. The Gulf arm bills 5% UAE VAT, in dirhams.

Staff see their own yard

Granted warehouse by warehouse. Chennai staff open Chennai, not company-wide stock and margins.

Thirty seconds

The same story, as a clip

A real Code128 — point a scanner at the screen.

  • Everything exports to CSV or Excel
Getting started

Nobody switches a live business over on a weekend

Implementation, migration and a year of support are included, not invoiced separately.

Month one is free

The full suite, every site. Billing starts after it ends.

We load your world

Warehouses, item master, opening stock, user roles — migrated for you.

Labels tested on your stock

Real labels for your SKUs, on the scanners you already own.

Go live site by site

The first warehouse proves it. Never one risky weekend.

FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask

How many warehouses and users do we get? +
As many as you run. No cap on warehouses, users or SKUs, and no per-seat charge — so putting every storeman on the system costs the same as putting three people on it.
Can we stop staff at one site from seeing the whole company? +
Yes. Access is assigned per warehouse. Someone attached to Chennai sees Chennai.
We sell by volume. Will cubic metres work? +
Yes. Three decimal places everywhere — stock, movements, purchase orders and invoice lines. 12.500 cbm stays 12.500 cbm.
Our Gulf company invoices in dirhams. Is that supported? +
Yes. Indian GST for Indian entities, 5% VAT for UAE entities. Invoices carry their currency and the exchange rate used, so Dubai bills correctly and still reports back in rupees.
What scanners does it work with? +
Your phone camera reads labels in the browser. Any USB or Bluetooth scanner that types into a field also works.
Can we get our data out again? +
Any time. Every report exports to CSV or Excel, and the software can be self-hosted on your own servers.
What does it cost? +
Apps are ₹399 a month each, unlimited users included. A multi-warehouse rollout is quoted as one all-inclusive annual figure that also covers implementation, migration and support.
How long before we are live? +
The free month is the trial and the migration window at once. Most of it goes on your opening stock.
