No. Suppliers sign in to the vendor portal with a one-time code (OTP) — there is no account or password to manage. They see only the purchase orders and documents you choose to share.

Can vendors send me their invoices through it? +

Yes. Vendors upload their invoice document through the portal, and your team reviews it and converts it into a draft Bill in Nidhi Books — so you skip the re-keying and the email attachments.

How is this different from just emailing suppliers? +
