A mobile billing counter for your shop — barcode, UPI and GST-ready.

Nidhi POS is a mobile-first billing counter for Indian retail — kirana and supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and cafés, garment and electronics stores. Assign a counter to any staff member on any phone or tablet: they scan a barcode or pick an item, take payment by Cash, UPI or Card, and print a thermal receipt over Bluetooth — while every sale posts to Nidhi Books (GST, ledgers) and deducts from the right warehouse in Nidhi Inventory automatically. Sell by unit or loose by amount, extend khata (credit) to regulars, void or refund with a photo, and run a day-close at shift end. Per-location and per-customer pricing is honoured at the counter, and the same worker can switch between outlets. It runs as an installable PWA that keeps working through patchy shop Wi-Fi. Available on the 399apps cloud or self-hosted.

Does Nidhi POS work on a phone or Android tablet? +

Yes. Nidhi POS is a mobile-first, installable PWA — it runs in the browser on any phone, Android tablet or desktop, and installs to the home screen. There is no separate app to buy, and it keeps working through patchy shop Wi-Fi.

Is the POS bill GST-compliant? +

Yes. Every sale rings up with the correct GST (CGST/SGST/IGST by place of supply) and posts a GST-correct entry to Nidhi Books, so your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B stay accurate without re-keying anything.

Can I print receipts to a thermal printer? +

Yes. Nidhi POS prints receipts — and stock/price stickers — to a Bluetooth thermal printer directly from the browser using Web Bluetooth, so you do not need a tethered POS terminal.

Does the POS update my stock automatically? +

Yes. Each sale deducts stock from the right warehouse in Nidhi Inventory in real time, so your on-hand counts and stock valuation stay correct across every counter and outlet.

Can I run more than one shop or counter? +

Yes. Assign a counter to any staff member, run multiple outlets, and let a worker switch outlets with an in-POS location picker. Per-location and per-customer special pricing is applied automatically at checkout.
