Nidhi Loyalty is a rewards program that runs off the bills you are already raising. You define the program once — how many points per ₹100, what a point is worth in rupees, how rounding works and whether points expire — and every sale earns automatically, whether it was rung up at the POS counter or invoiced from your books. Points sit in an append-only ledger, so earned, redeemed, expired, adjusted, reversed and returned are all traceable rather than a number someone overwrote. Tiers let your best customers earn faster, the balance is visible to the customer, and points spend as a straight discount on the next invoice. Nidhi Campaigns can read the program to reach customers whose points are about to expire. Available on the 399apps cloud or self-hosted.

How do customers earn points? +

Automatically, on sale bills. You set how many points a customer earns per ₹100 spent, and every sale invoice — including one rung up at the Nidhi POS counter — awards them without anybody remembering to.

How do customers spend their points? +

As a discount on their next invoice. You set a minimum redemption and what a point is worth in rupees, and the redeemed amount comes off the bill as a discount recorded against that invoice.

Can I have tiers like silver and gold? +

Yes. Each tier has a points threshold and its own earn multiplier, so customers who cross a threshold start earning faster on every subsequent bill.

Do points expire? +

Only if you want them to. You can set an expiry in months or leave it off entirely so points never lapse. If you do use expiry, Nidhi Campaigns can reach the customers whose points are about to run out.

Can a points balance be tampered with? +

The ledger is append-only. Every earn, redemption, expiry, adjustment, reversal and return is its own entry, and the balance is the sum of them — so a balance can be explained line by line rather than taken on trust.

What does Loyalty cost? +

Loyalty is a 399apps module under the flat pricing — ₹399/month per app, with unlimited users and no cap on how many customers are in the program.
