Most WhatsApp marketing tools start with a contact list you upload. Nidhi Campaigns starts with the customers and invoices you already keep in Nidhi Books. You build an audience from facts on your ledger: who owes you more than an amount, who has not bought in a set number of months, who bought in the last few days, or your top customers this financial year. Then you send them a festival greeting, an offer or a payment nudge over WhatsApp, SMS or email, with the next channel as a fallback if the first cannot reach them. Birthday, anniversary, first-purchase and win-back messages can run on their own. Consent is built in: a customer who replies STOP is added to a do-not-contact list that only they can leave, nobody gets more than one promotional message a week from you, and nothing goes out outside 9am to 9pm. Combine rules such as "owes more than ₹5,000", "has not bought in 3 months", "bought in the last 30 days", "top customers this financial year", state, price list or GST registration type. A rule audience is worked out again at send time, so it is never out of date.

Put the channels in the order you prefer. If a customer has no WhatsApp number, or the first channel fails, the next one takes over, so they get the SMS instead of nothing.
Birthday and anniversary greetings, a thank-you after a first purchase, and a win-back message when a customer stops buying for the number of months you set. Each occasion fires once per customer, never twice.
Customers who reply STOP go on a do-not-contact list that only they can leave. Each customer gets at most one promotional message a week from you. Sends happen only between 9am and 9pm, as TRAI requires. Bills and payment reminders are not affected by any of this.
Every campaign report shows sent, delivered and opened counts (delivery and opens come from WhatsApp), plus what the customers you reached billed within a 7, 15, 30 or 60-day window. You can also send a follow-up to those who have not opened it yet.
