Set up your bookable services, your business hours and each team member's availability, and publish a booking page your customers use with no login and no app. Bookings land on a calendar you work through the day — booked, completed, cancelled or no-show — and a completed appointment hands off to a draft invoice or a POS sale, so the money side is already done. Confirmations and reminders go out over WhatsApp, SMS or email, and every booking carries a self-serve cancel link. Available on the 399apps cloud or self-hosted.

Do customers need an account to book? +

No. The booking page is public — a customer opens the link, picks a service and a slot, and books. There is no login, no app download and no account to create.

Can I control who is bookable and when? +

Yes. You set business hours for the whole operation and working hours per team member, and you choose which people can be booked for which service. The page only offers slots that match both.

What happens after an appointment is done? +

A completed appointment hands off to a draft invoice or a POS sale on the same account, so you bill from the booking instead of writing it out again. Nothing is re-keyed between the calendar and your books.

How are reminders sent? +

Confirmations, reminders, reschedules and cancellations go out over WhatsApp, with SMS and email as fallbacks. Each booking also carries a cancel link so the customer can free the slot themselves.

How is this different from a standalone booking tool? +

A standalone booking tool stops at the calendar — you still bill somewhere else. Nidhi Appointments sits on the same account as your POS and your books, so a booking becomes a bill, and it is a flat ₹399/month with unlimited users rather than per-seat pricing.
